Culture and Change Programme Manager- Permanent- London (hybrid working, 2 days a week in the office) - £100,000

My client, a global Law Firm, is recruiting for a Culture and Change Programme Manager to join the team on a permanent basis. The role will involve the delivery of a portfolio of culture and change initiatives – from leadership behaviours and collaboration to ways of working, wellbeing, DEI and technology adoption. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role, partnering with senior leaders to plan, execute and embed change.

The Programme Manager will focus on execution excellence: turning strategy into structured programmes, supporting senior leaders with delivery, and ensuring meaningful, measurable adoption across regions and divisions.

This role will suit someone highly organised, professional and delivery-focused, with a practical, collaborative approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex, matrix environment.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
