About the Role
An opportunity has arisen within the people directorate, for the role of a Culture, Belonging and Inclusion Manager to coordinate the team in charge of DEI engagement and evaluation interventions across LFB.
Responsibilities
- The ideal person will possess exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with a wide range of stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
- We are looking for an experienced, adaptable, proactive, innovative and detail-oriented professional to lead and coordinate the team in charge of delivery of multiple culture interventions across LFB, working collaboratively as part of the wider DEI function.
- The role requires a dedicated and organised individual, with an eye for detail and strong programme and stakeholder management capability.

Requirements
- We require experience of managing a team responsible for designing, facilitating or delivering organisational interventions.
- Experience within a DEI context is desirable but not essential.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications such as MS Office applications, including Word, Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations, email, and internet browsing is essential.
