Culture & Change Manager

Contract until 31 March 2027
Reading, hybrid, up to 3 days per week onsite
£77.20 per hour Umbrella
Inside IR35
Active SC Clearance required

We are looking for an experienced People, Culture & Change Manager to support a major transformation programme within a complex supply chain environment. The role will lead the culture and people change agenda, working closely with senior leadership, programme leads and transformation workstreams to develop and deliver the cultural and employee engagement strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver the culture and change strategy and roadmap.
  • Assess current organisational culture, skills, maturity and capability to identify areas for improvement.
  • Lead change management activity across the People workstream.
  • Develop communication and engagement strategies to build employee and stakeholder buy-in.
  • Partner with senior leadership to embed desired behaviours, values and ways of working.
  • Support leaders in becoming effective culture change champions.
  • Develop initiatives to improve employee engagement and team effectiveness.
  • Establish training, coaching, mentoring and leadership development approaches.
  • Design and deliver training focused on behaviours, values and soft skills.
  • Define KPIs to measure culture change, employee engagement and programme outcomes.
  • Track progress, risks and issues, providing clear reporting to senior stakeholders.
  • Build strong relationships across internal teams and external partners.

  • Active SC Clearance.
  • Strong experience leading people, culture and organisational change within large transformation programmes.
  • Proven change management and employee engagement experience.
  • Experience developing and implementing culture change strategies and roadmaps.
  • Experience conducting organisational culture, skills, capability or maturity assessments.
  • Strong senior and executive stakeholder management.
  • Experience developing leadership capability, training, coaching or mentoring programmes.
  • Ability to establish KPIs and measure the impact of culture and change initiatives.
  • Experience working within complex, highly governed organisations.

Supply chain, commercial or large-scale operational transformation experience would be highly beneficial.
