About The Kitchen
Who we are
Kraft Heinz’s award-winning in-house creative agency
Why we exist
To Make our brands culturally iconic.
What we do
Make work that feeds the group chat.
We believe the best marketing earns its place in culture. It gets shared, talked about, and remembered.
We exist to help Kraft Heinz brands create ideas that people choose to engage with, not just scroll past.
The Role
We’re looking for a Creative Growth Partner to sit at the intersection of business strategy, creativity, and culture. This isn’t a traditional Account Director role, and it isn’t a traditional Brand Manager role either. It’s a unique hybrid, designed for someone who can speak both languages fluently.
You’ll partner with our UK marketing teams to uncover the real business challenge, then work alongside strategists, creatives, makers, and agency partners to turn that challenge into work people genuinely want to talk about.
You’ll be the connective tissue between marketing, The Kitchen, and our external agencies, creating an environment where great ideas can happen quickly and collaboratively.
Ultimately, your job is simple: Help Kraft Heinz create work that feeds the group chat.
What you’ll do
- Partner with the business | Build trusted relationships with UK marketing teams, understanding their objectives and turning business challenges into creative opportunities.
- Create work that feeds the group chat | Champion culturally relevant, socially-led ideas that people genuinely want to talk about, share, and remember.
- Bring people together | Mobilise the best minds from across strategy, creative, production, and agency partners to co-create exceptional work in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.
- Make things happen | Own projects from opportunity through to delivery, creating momentum, removing barriers, and ensuring great ideas become great execution.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
