JOB PURPOSE

Be the driving force behind shaping the culture of a global manufacturing organization. As our Culture & Engagement Manager, you'll lead strategic initiatives that influence how more than 8,700 employees across 170 manufacturing sites experience work every day. From embedding our Purpose, Values and Behaviours to defining our Inclusion & Belonging strategy and driving employee engagement across EMEA, you'll partner with senior leaders to create meaningful, lasting change. Drive Culture & Inclusion

  • Lead the Culture and Inclusion & Belonging strategy across EMEA, embedding Amcor's Purpose, Values and Behaviours.
  • Establish priorities, governance and partnerships to deliver measurable business and people outcomes.

Lead Employee Engagement

  • Own the end-to-end delivery of the Employee Engagement Survey, from planning to action planning.
  • Turn employee insights into practical improvements and support sites in driving engagement.

Partner & Influence

  • Collaborate with HR, Business Group and plant leaders to deliver strategic people initiatives.
  • Influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional projects across a highly matrixed organization.

Deliver Results

  • Manage a portfolio of culture and organizational effectiveness initiatives, ensuring successful execution.
  • Track progress through data, KPIs and governance while managing external partners where required.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

  • 8+ years' experience in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Culture or Transformation.
  • Proven experience leading complex culture, engagement or organizational effectiveness programs in a manufacturing environment supporting multiple plants.
  • Strong ability to translate strategy into executable plans, manage multiple priorities and deliver measurable results.
  • Demonstrated success influencing senior leaders and mobilizing stakeholders across functions, business units and geographies.
  • Experience leading regional employee engagement initiatives, combined with excellent project and change management skills in a fast-paced, matrix organization.
  • Fluent English is essential; additional languages are an advantage.
