Job Description

You will be overseeing and training work experience, managing sample trafficking and photoshoot logistics, maintaining high organisational standards in the fashion cupboard, and coordinating fashion month scheduling. 

You will also focus on assisting on set during photoshoots (potentially involving international travel and occasional weekends) and ensuring seamless communication regarding missing or returned items. It combines operational responsibilities, team support, and direct engagement with the fast-paced world of fashion.

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities

  • Working with fashion assistant to oversee and train work experience
  • Help Fashion Assistant to manage expectations of photoshoot standards
  • Overseeing the weekly press calendar
  • Managing the demands of sample trafficking
  • Go on set on Main Fashion and Cover shoots to assist stylist/production - this may include international travel and the occasional weekend
  • Reporting to Associate and Style Director any issues with returns / missing items and assisting in investigations of missing / improperly returned items
  • Liaising with facilities to ensure all cupboard supplies stay stocked
  • Ensuring the cupboard stays tidy and organised
  • Fashion month scheduling - request tickets and plan schedules for NYFW, LFW, MFW, PFW twice x yearly, and Couture Fashion Week twice x yearly

Job Requirements

  • Experience using Google Slides and Microsoft Word.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High standard of organisational skills.
  • Ability to use initiative and be adaptable.
  • Ability to manage a varied workload, multitask and work to tight deadlines.
  • Ability to be able to work independently and be a self-starter.
  • A passion for fashion leading to broad knowledge of the industry.

This role is a 3 day week Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday.
