About the Role

Most people see a marketplace of over 60,000 training courses. We build something bigger: the chance for companies across the world to upgrade the skills of every employee they have. Global 2000 companies across the region rely on our training programs to build their most productive and admired workforces, and we back that trust with strategic partnerships.

The Curation Team turns a broad, global learning marketplace into focused, effective learning experiences for EMEA customers, prospects, and publishers. As a Curation Specialist, you will pair strong marketplace knowledge with a consultative approach to recommend the right content, build curated programs, and help EMEA customers make progress toward their workforce development goals — while accounting for the region's language diversity, local compliance needs (including GDPR), and varied working cultures.

What You Will Do

  • Translate the learning goals of EMEA customers and prospects into high-quality course mappings, curated lists, learning paths, and other recommendations that make the OpenSesame marketplace easy to use.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the EMEA Sales and Customer Success teams, and bring marketplace expertise to customer conversations, pre-sales calls, RFPs, and presentations across the region.
  • Create reusable programs, resources, documentation, and best practices that let OpenSesame deliver curation value consistently across EMEA markets and at scale.
  • Share marketplace and learning-industry insights relevant to EMEA with internal teams, and contribute to customer-facing resources, webinars, or other thought-leadership efforts.
  • Manage a portfolio of EMEA publisher relationships: act as the primary point of contact, coordinate internal support, share constructive feedback, and identify opportunities to strengthen the publisher offering in the region.
  • Surface content gaps, quality issues, and opportunities that improve how EMEA customers discover and use learning content — including content localized for the region's languages and regulatory requirements.
  • Keep requests, project details, and stakeholder communication organized and current in the team's operating systems. Deliver clear updates and dependable follow-through in a fast-moving environment, across time zones spanning the EMEA region.
  • Contribute to cross-functional initiatives aligned to team and company priorities, including improvements to curation processes, product experiences, and go-to-market enablement for EMEA.
  • Overlap your working hours with core EMEA business hours to stay accessible to regional customers, publishers, and colleagues.
  • Travel as needed for department and full-team events, both within EMEA and, occasionally, to global company gatherings — typically less than 10% of your time.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
