Job Overview
If you’re looking to join a fast-paced and growing company with unlimited upside and a lot of variety, this job is for you. This is a full-time, in-office role at our Bend, OR location (not remote).
What We Do
We’re a flatbed company (feel free to check out our website – www.ddfab.co). We sell our flatbeds in three different formats:
- Fully built and installed flatbeds in the greater Central Oregon area
- DIY Weld-Yourself Flatbed Kits that we ship nationwide (E-commerce product)
- Our dealer program where we license other welding shops around the country to build and install our designs of flatbeds from their shop.

We move at an exceptionally high speed and expect everything we create to be excellent. Our top 3 values are hard work, excellence, and integrity. To be frank, you have to be in the 95th+ percentile levels of all three to work here. We are currently a small shop (2-5 employees) but have big plans to grow. We don’t offer a super sexy traditional benefit package, but we do care about you as a person, your family, and your goals. You’ll be treated with respect and honor, but will be expected to do the same.

Job Description
Sales & Coaching: Flatbed Dealer Program
- Duties will include reaching out to dealer program leads, performing initial interviews, and closing qualified candidates.
- You will be paid a commission for each candidate that joins the program.
- After a dealer has joined the program, you will be responsible for coaching that dealer and ensuring their success once they are in the program.
- You will be a percentage of each unit the dealer sells once they are in the program.
Sales: Fully Built Flatbeds
- Includes proactive reach-outs to incoming flatbed leads, following up with past leads, and creating sales of the product.
Admin/Computer Tasks
- Includes new dealer onboarding, Google search ads, and anything else needed.

General Shop Labor (as needed and optional)
- Help with general labor tasks in the shop such as wiring flatbeds, restocking supplies, packaging kits, and lights, etc. This will be a very small percentage of your time spent.
Compensation
- $40k – $60k annual base depending on experience
- $10K-$150K+ of annual commission available
- Your pay will be extremely performance-based with a small hourly base pay with the majority of your income being made via commissions.
