As one of the fastest-growing Colleges in the UK, Weston College is excited to be opening the brand-new Advanced Manufacturing Technical Excellence College (AMTEC) in Filton, Bristol, which will welcome its first learners in September 2026.
We are looking for a Curriculum Coordinator - IQA and Standardisation to join the team at AMTEC, working on a full-time basis (37 hours per week).
In this role your duties will include:
- Providing high-quality theory and practical teaching and learning.
- Curriculum Coordination and management of the required programmes specific to the subject areas.
- To work as the key link between awarding boards, internal quality assurance, and External Examiners (EE).

Act as the IQA for designated programmes to ensure quality of work and moderation processes, in accordance to awarding bodies and external quality assurance measures.
Required skills and qualifications
- Teaching Qualification. If you do not hold a Teaching Qualification, you will be expected to gain a recognised Teaching Qualification within the first three years of service, and with the assistance of the College.
- Degree-level or professional qualification, which is appropriate to the work.
- Significant relevant professional experience relating to the discipline to be taught.
- Relevant successful teaching experience.
