LaSila Education & Training is currently assembling a multidisciplinary expert team for a proposed ADB-supported institutional-strengthening and skills-development assignment in India, subject to shortlisting and contract award.
We are interested in hearing from experienced national and international specialists in:
- TVET and DACUM / competency-based curriculum development
- Curriculum design and learning-outcome alignment
- Assessment, certification and standardisation
- TVET pedagogy and teacher/instructor professional development
- Quality assurance and accreditation
- Institutional strengthening and organisational development
- Monitoring, evaluation and performance systems
- Industry engagement and skills-demand analysis
- Technical expertise in logistics, automotive, manufacturing, IT/AI, renewable energy, healthcare and agri-tech
