All Together Education is recruiting a Curriculum Leader of Mathematics for a school in Aylesbury.

This opportunity would suit an experienced Maths teacher ready to move into leadership, or an established subject leader looking to develop a department and improve pupil outcomes.

You will lead the development and delivery of the Maths curriculum, support colleagues and help pupils build confidence, fluency and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead curriculum planning and development across Mathematics.
  • Deliver engaging lessons that support pupils of different abilities.
  • Support and develop colleagues through collaboration and sharing effective practice.
  • Use assessment to identify misconceptions and plan targeted support.
  • Promote positive behaviour and high expectations across the department.

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Strong experience teaching Mathematics.
  • Excellent subject knowledge and classroom management.
  • Leadership experience or evidence of readiness for a curriculum leadership role.
