Rate Recruitment have partnered with an ITP in Somerset who are looking to appoint a Curriculum Manager on a permanent basis.

You will be responsible for designing, developing and continually improving the learning experiences that define the provider. This role is about creating programmes that drive real workplace impact while remaining fully aligned to apprenticeship standards. You'll ensure our trainers - practising subject matter experts and consultants - are equipped to facilitate engaging, discussion-led learning built around real business experience.

Above all, the Curriculum Manager exists to create learning that drives lasting business impact because learners remember it, apply it and use it in the workplace. As Curriculum Manager, you'll be accountable for the following areas. Together, these create the learning experience that enables our learners, trainers and business to succeed.

  • Curriculum design and development
  • Programme quality
  • Learning resources
  • Assessment strategy
  • Trainer capability
  • Module effectiveness, KSB delivery & assessment quality
  • Curriculum innovation, AI & currency
  • Curriculum intent & standards
