Description

We are looking for an excellent Curriculum Resource Administrator to join our outstanding curriculum administration support team at Barnet & Southgate College looking after Adult Community learning & ESOL.

This is a term-time only post and will be 32 hours per week, 40 weeks per year.

This post will involve working within a busy office environment and will be pivotal in supporting the work of the team and ensuring that the curriculum area is organised and responsive to the needs of the team and our customers.

The ideal candidate will have experience of providing administrative support within an office environment, excellent interpersonal skills, a solution-orientated approach and experience of providing a courteous and effective customer service. The candidate needs to have effective communication skills, advanced IT skills, the ability to maintain accurate records and work to deadlines.

The post is based at Southgate, but you should be able and willing to travel and work from any of the main college campuses, as required. Previous experience of working within a college environment is desirable but not essential.
