PARZ is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and self-motivated Custom Fitter to join our team at Trent Park Driving Range in North London.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with all major golf brands using TrackMan technology, as part of a growing and ambitious golf business.

We are looking for someone with strong technical knowledge, excellent customer service skills and the drive to deliver an outstanding fitting experience.

The Role

  • Conduct professional custom-fitting appointments across all major golf brands
  • Utilise TrackMan technology throughout the fitting process
  • Build strong customer relationships and deliver exceptional service
  • Proactively generate fitting enquiries and sales opportunities
  • Follow up with customers and manage ongoing enquiries
  • Maintain fitting equipment and demo components
  • Support PARZ retail operations at the venue

Who We're Looking For

  • Previous custom-fitting experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of golf equipment and leading manufacturers
  • Self-motivated, proactive and commercially minded
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident using TrackMan technology
  • Professional, reliable and well organised
  • Comfortable working towards sales and performance targets
  • Passionate about golf and delivering a first-class customer experience
