Salary: Competitive, pro-rata and dependent on experience
THE OPPORTUNITY
TRI-FIT is looking for a talented, organised and proactive person to help us develop and grow TRI-FIT Custom Lab.
This isn't simply a graphic design job.
Design is a major part of it, but we're looking for someone who can take ownership of the entire Custom Lab customer journey: speaking to customers, understanding what they want, creating the designs, keeping projects organised, managing deadlines and helping get the finished product into production.
Beyond individual orders, we want you to help us make Custom Lab better.
That means developing our teamwear offering, helping build our product catalogue and pricing structure, improving how Custom Lab is presented online and finding better ways to make this part of TRI-FIT scalable.
For the right person, there's an opportunity to grow alongside it and take increasing ownership of Custom Lab as the business develops.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Customers and projects
- Run discovery calls (about 20 minutes) and record each brief on a standard template.
- Take customers through concepts, capped revisions and sign-off on front, back, side and 3D renders.
- Keep customers updated at every stage and manage several orders at once.
- Work back from race dates and lead times, and flag at-risk orders to the founder.
- Liaise with the factory on artwork.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
