The Opportunity

Our client is recruiting on behalf of an organised, proactive and customer-focused Customer Account Coordinator to join their client’s Customer Services and Commercial team.

You’ll act as a key point of contact for customers, coordinate communications, maintain accurate account information and work closely with their Commercial, Engineering and Operations teams to keep things moving.

If you enjoy building customer relationships, keeping on top of the detail and making sure actions are followed through properly, this could be a great next step.

What You’ll Be Doing

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the Customer Services Manager and Commercial team with day-to-day account administration.
  • Acting as a primary point of contact for customer enquiries, updates and routine communications.
  • Preparing, maintaining and updating customer records, account information and internal databases.
  • Producing regular reports on account activity, order status, service updates and customer requirements.
  • Liaising with Engineering, Operations and Commercial teams to resolve queries and maintain service levels.
  • Monitoring customer issues and escalating concerns where required.
  • Assisting with quotations, proposals and account documentation.
  • Coordinating customer meetings and follow-up actions.
  • Supporting order processing and general customer administration.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve customer service processes and ways of working.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
