Role overview

We’re looking for a proactive, commercially minded Customer Account Executive to join our sales and customer service team.

This is a hands-on role that brings together account management, sales, customer service and order administration. You’ll manage a portfolio of B2B customer accounts, act as their day-to-day contact and make sure every customer gets a brilliant experience from first conversation to final order.

You’ll build strong relationships, spot growth opportunities, suggest the right products, generate orders and help customers get more from the Bold Foods range. You’ll also play a key role in retaining accounts, re-engaging customers and supporting revenue growth through proactive, confident customer contact.

You’ll work closely with Sales, Marketing and Operations to keep customers moving, orders flowing and opportunities visible. If you enjoy building relationships, making things happen and turning great service into commercial impact, this role is for you.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
