The Role
At Curd & Cure, we're passionate about exceptional cheese, outstanding service and helping independent food businesses thrive. We’re looking for someone who shares that ambition. This isn't a traditional customer service role. It’s about building relationships, creating opportunities and helping customers discover new cheeses and grow sales.
What You'll Be Doing
- Growing customer spend by identifying new opportunities.
- Recommending exciting cheeses, seasonal products and local producers.
- Reviewing customer buying patterns and spotting trends.
- Building strong, long-term customer relationships.
- Conducting proactive account reviews to unlock growth opportunities.
- Delivering exceptional customer experiences with every interaction.
- Keeping accurate account plans and customer records.
- Working closely with colleagues to help achieve team and business goals.
What Success Looks Like
- Consistently grow sales across your customer accounts.
- Become the first person customers turn to for cheese advice and support.
- Develop expert knowledge of the cheese industry.
- Ask the right questions to discover opportunities others miss.
- Build long-lasting customer relationships.
- Make a measurable contribution to the success of both our customers and Curd & Cure.

Experience
We’re looking for someone that loves talking to people about cheese. While experience in customer service or telesales is a bonus, it’s not essential. If you’re a proactive seller and enjoy building relationships, we’d love to hear from you.
