About the Role

We are recruiting for a Customer Account Manager with previous client-facing/account manager experience.

The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, a confident and articulate manner, able to build great relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support with on-boarding new clients
  • Build a strong relationship with the key contacts, and act as the primary contact in relation to the account
  • Lead clients through the customer journey and provide ongoing account support; from onboarding through to renewal/ end of contract
  • Project management of client surveys and projects
  • Internal management and development of client resources
  • Maintain up-to-date client information in the CRM system
  • Keep clients up to date with new platform features and ensure they are getting the most from the platform

What The Employer Is Looking For

  • 3-5 years’ experience of working in a client-facing role, managing customer relationships, B2B
  • Good analytical and project coordination experience desirable
  • Confident and articulate manner, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Natural relationship builder, able to develop relationships at all levels in a business environment
  • Proactive, with desire to get things done and go beyond the immediate task
  • Willing to challenge colleagues and clients in a constructive manner to help clients make the most of the software
