Customer Account Manager | Chichester | West Sussex | £45,000 - £55,000 | Fantastic Benefits Package

We are currently on the lookout for a strong Customer Account Manager to join our high-performing Sales team here at Natures Way Foods in Chichester Food Park. You will build strong customer relationships and contribute to business growth in line with our business plan, working with some of the best-known food brands in the world. You will work cross-functionally to deliver customer plans, drive forecast accuracy, and maintain our industry-leading service levels.

You will partner teams across supply chain, planning, quality, and commercial finance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong customer relationships & identify new business opportunities
  • Manage projects with internal cross-functional teams to deliver customer plans
  • Own and communicate accurate customer forecasts using customer insight, available data, and team input
  • Manage customer and distributor communication (e.g. additional stock, order discrepancies, and service)
  • Support and manage internal customer performance reporting
  • Coordinate promotional activity and new product launches
  • Work closely with planning and supply chain teams to maximize service levels and availability

  • Experience in FMCG (preferred)
