Customer Account Manager - Sweet Treats

We are looking for a driven and customer-focused individual to join our Sweet Treats Sales team. Whether you're an experienced Customer Account Manager or a Customer Account Executive ready for your next challenge, you'll take ownership of the Seasonal and Wholesale channels within Morrisons and the Amazon account, helping to drive growth across some of our most exciting retail partnerships.
This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your commercial experience, build strong customer relationships and gain exposure to every aspect of successful account management. From customer planning and forecasting to promotions, range reviews and new product launches, you'll play a key role in delivering growth across some of our most loved brands.
What you'll be doing
- Supporting the Senior Customer Business Manager in delivering annual account plans and commercial objectives.
- Building strong customer relationships and helping to drive growth opportunities.
- Managing forecast accuracy and working closely with Finance, Supply Chain and Demand Planning teams.
- Supporting the delivery and evaluation of promotional activity.
- Working alongside Marketing and Category teams to deliver successful new product launches.
- Supporting customer range reviews and identifying future growth opportunities.
- Delivering regular account performance reviews and commercial updates.
- Using internal systems to monitor and manage financial performance.
- Contributing to wider projects across the Sweet Treats business, including Own Label initiatives.

What we need from you
- Previous experience within a Sales, Commercial or Customer Management environment.
- Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of retailer requirements.
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Confidence working with data, forecasting and commercial reporting.
- A proactive mindset with the confidence to take ownership and drive results.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across functions and levels.
- Strong Excel skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
