Role Description
This full-time, on-site Customer Account Manager role is based in Sunderland. The Customer Account Manager will oversee a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring that individuals receive clear, supportive guidance on borrowing products and repayment options. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

The role involves working closely with customers to understand their needs, promote responsible borrowing, and support their financial goals. The Customer Account Manager will collaborate with internal teams to improve processes, enhance customer satisfaction, and uphold Evlo’s commitment to fair, transparent lending.
Qualifications
- Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Support abilities.
- Proficiency in Account Management, with experience managing and nurturing customer relationships.
- Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain financial concepts clearly.
- Solid Analytical Skills for reviewing account information, identifying issues, and making data-informed decisions.
- Relevant experience in financial services, lending, or customer account management is beneficial.
- Knowledge of responsible lending practices and regulatory requirements, ideally including FCA-regulated environments.
- Ability to work on-site in Sunderland, manage multiple priorities, and use CRM or account management software confidently.
- Education in business, finance, or a related discipline is advantageous, though equivalent experience is also valued.
