Customer Account Manager
The Role:
- Prepare and issue accurate quotations
- Manage inbound telephone and email enquiries from customers and suppliers
- Process customer orders
- Provide product and pricing information to customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent customer service.
- Liaise closely with the warehouse and inventory teams to ensure orders are fulfilled and delivered on time.
- Resolve customer queries and identify suitable solutions.

Working hours 8.30am - 5.00pm
Requirements:
- Around 2 years experience in a B2B customer service or sales role
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident, engaging telephone manner
- Must have strong IT skills, intermediate Excel
- A team player who enjoys a collaborative environment
The Package:
- £27,000 - £33,500 basic salary (DoE)
- 21 days holiday increasing by one every year + Bank Holidays
- Bonus scheme after qualifying period
- Free onsite parking
