The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Customer Account Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of our existing customers, build strong relationships and develop the business we already have with them.

Soft drinks is an established part of A C Georgiades and remains at the core of what we do. A key part of the role will be maintaining those existing relationships, protecting current business and identifying opportunities for further growth.

Alongside this, snacks and confectionery are becoming an increasingly important part of our business. As our range continues to expand, we want someone who can actively drive these categories – introducing existing customers to more of what we can offer, developing new product opportunities and increasing the breadth of products they buy from us.

You’ll keep in regular contact with your accounts, understand their business and what they currently buy from us, and identify where there is an opportunity to do more.

New customer acquisition will still form part of the position, particularly where there are opportunities to develop our snacks and confectionery business, but the primary focus remains looking after, retaining and developing our existing customer base.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing and developing a portfolio of existing customers.
  • Maintaining and growing established soft drinks business within your accounts.
  • Actively driving our expanding snacks and confectionery ranges, increasing awareness and distribution across the customer base.
  • Identifying gaps in what individual customers currently buy from us and introducing relevant products and categories.
  • Supporting the development of new products and ranges based on customer demand and opportunities within the market.
  • Keeping customers informed as new lines, brands and categories are added.
  • Building strong day-to-day relationships and maintaining regular contact with customers.
  • Re-engaging accounts where ordering or spend has reduced.
  • Working closely with purchasing to identify product opportunities and feed back what customers are looking for.
  • Identifying relevant new business opportunities, with a particular focus on supporting growth across snacks and confectionery.
  • Working towards account growth and category-development targets as part of the quarterly bonus structure.
  • Keeping customer information and account activity up to date.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
