Are you a confident communicator who enjoys building relationships and helping customers? Whether you already have some sales or customer service experience, or you're looking to take the next step in your sales career, we'd love to hear from you.

We're looking for Customer Account Managers to join our friendly and supportive sales team in Erith. You'll manage your own portfolio of existing business customers and be trusted to maximise every sales opportunity, upselling, cross-selling and reactivating accounts to drive revenue growth. Best of all, there's no cold calling – you'll be working with an established customer base from day one.

Your Day to Day

  • Deliver high-volume outbound sales activity
  • Maximise revenue from an existing customer portfolio
  • Identifying opportunities to introduce new products and increase sales
  • Providing excellent customer service while growing your accounts
  • Unlock more revenue by reactivating dormant accounts
  • Keeping customer information up to date using our CRM system

  • Basic salary £24,531 with a high-earning bonus structure
  • OTE £33,600+
