JOB TITLE: Customer Account Manager – Tesco Skin Cleansing

LOCATION: Kingston

Ready to make a big impact on a big customer? As Tesco Skin Cleansing Account Manager, you'll lead a dynamic and fast-paced business, working with market-leading brands and collaborating with Tesco to create growth opportunities that delight shoppers and deliver exceptional commercial results.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Champion one of Unilever's most strategic customer partnerships, building strong, trusted relationships with Tesco and unlocking growth opportunities that deliver mutual value.
  • Lead high-impact commercial negotiations, shaping trade terms, funding agreements and joint business initiatives that support the Personal Care strategy and drive sustainable growth.
  • Be the driving force behind key business moments, from new product launches and price changes to major customer events, ensuring flawless execution and strong stakeholder alignment.
  • Own and deliver the Tesco Skin Cleansing business plan, translating strategy into action and leading the delivery of ambitious Buy, Move, Grow objectives.
  • Create category-winning promotional plans, leveraging shopper, customer and category insights to develop compelling activation programmes that grow sales, share and category value.
  • Bring innovation to life, securing customer support for new launches and ensuring exciting new products land successfully with Tesco shoppers.
  • Drive outstanding in-store and omnichannel execution, partnering closely with Retail Media, Category and Marketing teams to maximise visibility, availability and shopper engagement.
  • Take ownership of category P&L performance, balancing growth, profitability and investment to deliver strong commercial outcomes.
  • Lead forecasting and performance management, working cross-functionally with Customer Business Managers, Customer Operations and Supply Chain teams to ensure delivery against forecast and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Provide commercial rigour and control, ensuring pricing, accruals and investment management are delivered accurately and efficiently.
