At Premier Foods, you'll take ownership of a leading Grocery account on Breakfast & Merchant Gourmet business, giving you the opportunity to shape plans, influence strategy and directly contribute to the success of some of the UK's most loved brands.
This is a role for someone who enjoys autonomy, loves working at pace and wants to see the impact of their decisions firsthand.
The Role
As Customer Account Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and delivering ambitious growth plans across the Grocery accounts Breakfast & Merchant Gourmet portfolio. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, you'll help drive sustainable growth through category opportunities, new product launches, promotional planning and exceptional customer partnerships.

What You'll Be Doing
- Lead the joint business planning process with a leading Grocery account, creating and delivering plans that drive growth.
- Identify and unlock new commercial opportunities across the Breakfast & Merchant Gourmet categories.
- Build strong, strategic relationships with customer stakeholders and internal teams.
- Present, negotiate and launch new products with confidence.
- Deliver budget, sales and profitability targets.
- Manage promotional plans, ensuring brilliant execution and evaluation.
- Drive forecasting accuracy alongside Supply Chain, Finance and Forecasting teams.
- Work closely with Marketing and Category teams to maximise distribution, range reviews and NPD opportunities.
- Manage pricing, investment and trade spend performance.
- Deliver regular business reviews and performance updates.
What We're Looking For
