Join one of the UK's leading specialist transport and logistics providers.
Fly By Nite is a trusted transport and logistics provider, delivering specialist services across the UK and Europe for the live events, entertainment, touring, corporate, retail and commercial sectors. For over 30 years, we've built our reputation on reliability, exceptional customer service and long-term client partnerships. As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a Customer Account & Marketing Executive to join our Sales Team.
This is an exciting and varied opportunity combining customer account management, business development and hands-on digital marketing.
We're looking for someone who loves working with people but also has a creative side. You'll build and support customer relationships while taking day-to-day ownership of our social media, website and digital content.
You'll work alongside experienced commercial colleagues who will help shape the wider sales, business-development and marketing strategy, while you'll play an important role in bringing those plans to life. No two days are the same. One day you could be preparing a quotation for a customer and coordinating their requirements with our operational teams; the next you could be creating content from one of our latest tours, updating the website, developing a social media campaign or researching a potential new customer.
If you're organised, creative, commercially minded and looking for a role where you can develop across both account management and marketing, we'd love to hear from you.
The Role
As a Customer Account & Marketing Executive, you'll combine responsibility for customer relationships with the practical delivery of Fly By Nite's marketing and digital activity.
You'll manage and support customer accounts, prepare quotations, coordinate customer requirements and contribute to business-development activity.
Alongside this, you'll take primary responsibility for the day-to-day creation and delivery of our social media, website and digital content.
Working closely with the Senior Sales & Marketing Executive and Sales Manager, you'll help turn our wider marketing strategy into engaging, professional and consistent content that showcases Fly By Nite, our people, projects and capabilities.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
