Customer Acquisition Associate
Nottingham | Full-Time | Immediate Start | Paid Weekly

We’re expanding our Nottingham team and are looking for a Customer Acquisition Associate who enjoys meeting people, having conversations, and working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
This is a hands-on, face-to-face customer acquisition role where you'll represent campaigns directly to members of the public.
Your role will involve meeting people in person, introducing campaigns, understanding their needs, explaining the opportunity clearly, and helping turn genuine interest into new customers or supporters.
What You'll Be Doing
- Engaging with members of the public through face-to-face campaigns
- Approaching potential customers in a confident and professional manner
- Starting conversations and building rapport
- Understanding customer needs through effective questioning
- Presenting campaigns and explaining key information
- Responding to questions and overcoming objections
- Supporting customers through the acquisition and sign-up process
- Working towards individual and team targets
- Representing campaigns and brands professionally
- Developing your communication and sales ability through regular coaching
