Kick-start your career in sales, business development, and leadership with Volta. As we expand across Birmingham, we’re looking for ambitious and motivated individuals to join our Sales Executive team and develop through the Volta Management Training Programme.
You’ll gain hands-on experience representing leading brands through residential, face-to-face customer acquisition campaigns while building the communication, sales, and leadership skills needed to progress into management.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Build strong relationships with customers through face-to-face interactions while professionally representing leading brands.
- Generate new business opportunities and support the growth of customer acquisition campaigns.
- Develop practical sales, communication, and customer engagement skills.
- Learn recruitment, coaching, team development, and leadership skills.
- Participate in structured training, one-to-one mentoring, and business workshops.
- Work alongside experienced leaders on campaign performance and business development projects.
