Edinburgh Full-time, Monday–Friday | Immediate Start
Every brand we work with is fighting the same battle. Online advertising is everywhere, and customers have got very good at scrolling straight past it. A banner ad, another sponsored post, another email that goes straight to junk — none of it cuts through the way it used to. That's the problem our clients come to us to solve.
Caledonia Group exists to solve that problem in a way no algorithm can: real conversations, in person, on the ground. We put our clients' brands directly in front of real people, through our own face-to-face sales teams, and turn simple brand awareness into an actual customer walking away having said yes. It's a different game to online marketing, and it works precisely because it's harder to ignore than a screen.
We're expanding our on-the-ground team in Edinburgh, working on behalf of household names including BT/EE, British Gas and Oxfam, and looking for a Customer Acquisition Specialist to join us and learn how that conversion actually happens.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
What Our Clients Are Actually Paying For
When a business partners with us, they're not paying for another digital campaign lost in the noise — they're paying for a direct line to real customers, delivered by people who know how to hold a conversation and turn interest into action. That's the entire value we bring, and it's built entirely on the people delivering it face to face.
The Role
You'll be one of those people. This is a hands-on role representing our clients' brands directly to the public, learning how to read a conversation, present a product clearly, and convert genuine interest into a result — all skills that simply can't be taught through a screen.
A Typical Week Involves
- Representing our clients' brands directly to customers, face to face
- Explaining products and services clearly, and answering real questions on the spot
- Turning brand awareness into actual customer acquisitions
- Working alongside your team to track and improve results daily
- Learning directly from experienced colleagues how campaigns are run and refined
