As a Customer Activation Manager you will be responsible for leading the execution of our wellbeing activation plans that inspire our customers and influence our shoppers at point of purchase to enable us to become a leading brand in wellbeing drinks.
Key Responsibilities
- Create a 12 month omni-channel shopper activation plan in key accounts - managing internal sales teams and external agencies to select and secure the most effective media choices for campaign excellence
- Manage budgets and delivery timelines to ensure campaign goes live to align with brand marketing, connections and customer promotional periods.
- Plan and execute POS to engage and inspire shoppers at point of purchase – managing external agencies and gaining feedback from retailer marketing teams
- Cross-functional project management – lead teams to deliver in store POS on time and to budget
- Close relationship with retailer media contacts to ensure Twinings are first-to-mind for wellbeing and other relevant category events
- Identify the mutual opportunities between our customers and our brand strategy that enable us to accelerate our wellbeing visibility – recommend tactical activations that deliver against our brand and customer growth strategies
- Work with Out of Home team on trade activations, including trade show support, development of selling-story decks for new business pitches and asset development for end-user customers

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Experience as an activation, trade or shopper marketing exec, or with commercial experience in grocery or high street channel who has the ability to create activation plans for customers both in-store and online
- Experience of managing budgets and raising PO’s
- A can-do person with strong project management and planning skills.
- Experience of presenting plans at a high-level to both internal and external stakeholders
- Agency management experience to convey clear creative activation requirements
- Growth mindset, resourceful and determined to find ways to overcome challenges
- Skilled at making plans happen and having a robust plan.
- Ability to lead and deliver work cross functionally with high collaboration.
- Energetic and enthusiastic and have a passion for influencing shopper behaviour at point of sale.
- Customer and shopper first mindset with external stakeholder management skills
