Job Title: Customer Activity & Planning Executive

Location: Mica Point, Tamworth

Job Length: Permanent

Working Hours: 39.5 hours per week (Shifts will be between 8am and 6pm Mon-Sun)

About The Role

The role of the Customer Activity & Planning team is to ensure our customers receive a positive experience when they contact Britvic.

  • Execute the commercial equipment placement processes encompassing customer account creation, equipment lead capture, commercial viability, contract management and equipment order processing to ensure the right equipment is placed in the right outlets to deliver the required ROI.
  • Responsible for planning the service, installation and uplift activity of a team of field-based engineers and contractors (where appropriate) ensuring optimisation of resource within a given geographical area.
  • Owning the system generated service and install plans, ensuring workload & efficiency are balanced whilst managing exceptions.
  • Individuals need to be able to manage issues on their own and escalate where appropriate.

Key Responsibilities

  • To execute the account creation process across Nintex, SAP and Oracle ensuring duplicate accounts are eliminated and appropriate hierarchy reporting solutions are in place for indirect accounts.
  • To ensure the equipment lead capture process is implemented for internal, 3rd party and outlet level customers ensuring response SLA’s are met.
  • To execute commercial viability assessments for equipment placements ensuring the most appropriate equipment solution is executed to deliver maximum ROI.
  • To execute the equipment contract process ensuring contracts are in place and systems updated for relevant customers before equipment orders are placed.
  • To execute survey requests for dispense and chillers to the Field Service teams ensuring relevant equipment details and templates are populated.
  • To execute the account closure process across Nintex, SAP and Oracle for when equipment has been uplifted ensuring relevant contracts are terminated and charged as appropriate.
  • To execute new Chiller Planograms requests ensuring all technical and system changes implemented in Oracle and interfaced to 3rd Party Suppliers.
  • To liaise with internal and external sales teams to ensure appropriate communication on progress for equipment placement requests.
  • To execute data integrity programmes to ensure alignment of data between SAP, Nintex and Oracle and to purge obsolete data.
  • Resource capacity management to ensure that the correct amount of resource is assigned to service and installs.
  • Manage service, install & uplift activity through effective and correct use of Oracle.
  • Optimise productivity by managing the workload exceptions in the most effective way.
  • Work in partnership with stakeholders, specifically Systems Reporting, to ensure accurate measurement of field effectiveness.
  • Customer calling to be an integral part of role in order to minimise aborts, in particular ZKAs, and to meet the installation SLA.
  • Promote new processes & systems and constantly seek continuous improvement.
  • To ensure cost efficiencies of activity and field resources within a specified geographical area.
  • Adherence to customer charging process and approval of cross charges from Commercial Teams/Customer prior to progressing with activity.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • Effective communication skills in order to work with stakeholders to deliver against goals.
  • Organisation and Time Management skills.
  • Good Commercial Knowledge.
  • Working knowledge of Britvic Systems (Oracle, SAP, Nintex, Sharepoint).
  • Ability to work in stressful situations & use own initiative when problem solving.
  • Capable and experienced in dealing with challenges from customers and internal stakeholders.
