Hours - 40pw, Mon-Thurs - 7.15am-4pm, Friday - 7am-2.30PM
Salary - £29,619

Gap Plastics Knowsley has an opportunity to increase its Administration Team.
Working in the production office we are looking for a customer service focused individual who can take on the responsibility for customers orders and general enquiries coming into the manufacturing site.
Main responsibilities:
- Manage customer orders through our system, liaising with internal stakeholders.
- Answering customer and internal stakeholder’s requests regarding our products.
- Co-ordinating orders sent through to production through to by batching effectively and efficiently.
- Working to internal deadlines and cut-offs, and to achieving company KPI’s.
- Demonstrating a caring, can do attitude, as well as being friendly, helpful, showing empathy and value of the customer
- Ensuring that customers are kept informed of the progress of their order or issues.
- Communicating with customers and colleagues via e-mail and telephone.
- Keeping up to date records of customer issues and resolutions.

Desirable
- Demonstrable experience of great customer service.
- Experience of working in a production/manufacturing office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
- IT literate.
