Moving home is one of life's biggest moments, and at Get Living we're passionate about making it smooth and stress-free.
As a Customer Administrator, you'll be at the heart of that experience - from referencing and contracting to supporting residents through onboarding - making sure every detail is taken care of, so residents can focus on the excitement of their new home.
You'll be part of a fast-paced Customer Hub, working closely with residents, Customer Advisors and Neighbourhood teams to deliver a seamless onboarding journey and ensure every interaction reflects the high standards we're known for.

You take pride in getting the detail right, enjoy building relationships with people and understand that great administration is about more than completing tasks - it's about creating a great customer experience.

You'll probably have experience within Build To Rent, residential lettings or property administration and be confident managing tenancy administration, referencing and compliance.

Most importantly, you'll care about delivering a great service and always look for ways to improve how things are done.
