About The Role
A Customer Advisor position is available in Bradley, offered by Pertemps Wolverhampton Temps. This full-time, permanent role pays £13 per hour, with working hours from Monday to Friday. You will serve as the initial contact for clients, managing both incoming and outgoing calls to understand their needs and deliver a professional, courteous service. The work involves assisting with enquiries and ensuring each customer receives a positive experience. Suitable candidates will possess strong communication abilities and a customer-focused approach. This role suits individuals who thrive in a busy branch setting and enjoy regular interaction with people. Prior experience in a similar advisory capacity is advantageous.

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join a busy and friendly team based in the Bilston area.

The Role
As a Customer Service Advisor, your responsibilities will include:
- Handling inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and friendly manner.
- Speaking with customers to understand their requirements and providing helpful, accurate information.
- Welcoming customers who visit the branch and providing excellent face-to-face customer service.
- Assisting customers who come into the branch to make purchases.
- Dealing with customer queries and resolving any issues wherever possible.
- Building positive relationships with both new and existing customers.
- Supporting the wider branch team with general customer service and administration duties.
- Ensuring every customer receives a high level of service throughout their experience.
About You
We are looking for someone who is friendly, confident and customer-focused, with excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner.

Previous experience in a customer service, call handling, retail or branch-based environment would be advantageous.
Experience within the automotive or motor trade industry would be ideal, although this is not essential. Full training will be provided for the right person.
Most importantly, you will need to be approachable, reliable and comfortable speaking with customers both over the telephone and face-to-face. You should also be able to work well as part of a team while managing your own workload.
