The Role
As a Customer Advisor, you'll be the link between our customers and technicians, ensuring an excellent customer experience throughout the aftersales journey.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and support customers throughout the service and repair process.
- Advise on servicing, maintenance and repair requirements.
- Communicate repair costs, timescales and vehicle progress.
- Promote additional work identified through Vehicle Health Checks.
- Quote and sell Service Plans.
- Prepare invoices and process payments.
- Support customer satisfaction through follow-up contact and feedback.
- Use digital systems and processes effectively.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver outstanding service.
A Day in the Life
"No two days are the same for a Customer Advisor. We’re part of a bigger team, while being the face of the department, interacting with everyone in our Aftersales dept daily.
We greet our customers when they visit our showroom and stay connected over the phone, via text and email, providing regular updates. We create work invoices and warranty claims using our in-house computer systems, as well as take and allocate payments.
Always on the go, with something to do, the day never drags.
This is a fast paced and rewarding job, with the opportunity to develop a career."
