Are you passionate about beauty, wellness and a natural at building rapport with customers? You will become an integral part of our team on the build up to Christmas 2026.
As our Temporary Customer Advisor, you'll be joining a friendly team making the connection between Neals Yard Remedies and our customers at this special time of year. This is a great time to work with our fun and collaborative team, who thrive on providing a high touch customer service.
You'll be supporting them in maximising sales opportunities, using your warm and caring approach, to build lasting relationships with a customer inspired approach.

What You'll Have

You'll be friendly and approachable with a passion to learn

Strong knowledge, skills and experience in a busy environment

Passion for and/or knowledge of beauty, skincare, wellness, and natural therapies is desirable.

Able to work flexible hours as required, including weekends
