About The Role
We are actively seeking a customer service advisor, to join our friendly, dedicated team that ensures our customer needs are met in an efficient and timely manner. An excellent telephone manner and problem-solving skills are a must.
Location: Lingley Mere, Warrington
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week (8am-5pm)
Responsibilities – But Not Limited To
- Contacting customers via telephone, to advise of work to be carried out at their property.
- Carrying out calls to customers, to inform them and keep them up to date with the progression of the work planned at their property.
- Issuing customers with planned start dates.
- Dealing with queries from the customers.
- Sending text updates to customers.
- Working closely with our in-house team of schedulers, to provide updates of any outstanding work.

Experience And Qualifications Require For The Role
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- Competent in IT, accurate data entry and good keyboard skills
- Excellent customer service
- Positive, can-do attitude – team player
- Ability to multitask, and work to deadlines
- Previous customer contact experience required (telephone or face to face
