Customer Advisor - EUROSPAR Downpatrick
Location: 6 Ardglass Road, Downpatrick, Co. Down, BT30 6JQ
Pay Rates: £11.95 - £13.30 per hour depending on age
Working Hours:
- Positions available between 8 - 37.5 hours per week
- Working within the store opening hours: Monday to Sunday, 6am to 11pm with flexibility
- Various shift patterns: 6am - 6pm, 2pm - 11pm, 5pm - 11pm
About the Role
Reporting to the Store Management Team, you will assist in the efficient running of the store on a daily basis, ensuring that a high standard of customer service is achieved at all times.
Responsibilities:
- Listening to and understanding our customers' needs and advising them about our products and services.
- Operating all checkouts accurately, ensuring customer transactions are processed efficiently and in a timely manner.
- Ensuring that stock is replenished daily while complying with the company stock rotation process.
- Ensuring that stock is effectively merchandised to enhance sales.
- Making sure that all stock is displayed at the correct price using the corresponding Shelf Edge Label.
- Actively ensuring that a high level of customer service is achieved and maintained within the store at all times.
- Covering the Post Office and fresh department when required.
- Any other duties as required for the role.

Working Hours:

Various shift patterns in store 6am - 6pm, 2pm - 11pm, and 5pm - 11pm. Shortlisted candidates will have the opportunity to discuss working hours and shift patterns in further detail at the Interview.
