Customer Advisor – Inbound Sales
£30,000–£32,000 + 10% bonus | Full-time Wimbledon - 3 days office 2 home
A fantastic opportunity to join a growing B2B services business within its Sales team. This is a 100% inbound sales role — there is no cold calling. You will speak with customers who have already identified a need, helping them understand the available services, guiding them through the sales process and ensuring a smooth customer experience from initial enquiry through to order.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound enquiries via telephone, email and website
- Build strong relationships with prospective and existing customers
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions
- Guide customers through the sales process and convert enquiries into sales
- Manage follow-ups to ensure customers have everything they need
- Process orders accurately and maintain up-to-date customer records
- Support invoicing, administration and post-sale communication
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer journey
- Maintain accurate sales information and contribute to team performance reporting
- Provide excellent customer service at every stage

What We're Looking For
- Customer service, sales or account management experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Confident managing multiple enquiries and priorities
- Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Commercially minded with a genuine interest in developing a career in sales
- Positive, energetic and motivated approach
