Customer Advisor - Eurospar Killyleagh

Location: Eurospar Killyleagh, 4 Downpatrick Street, Killyleagh, Co Down, BT30 9RG

Position: In-store
Hours: 12 hours per week
Availability: Within store opening hours, 6am - 11pm, Monday to Sunday. (Evenings and weekends essential)

Salary: Up to £13.10, depending on age and benefits

Role Overview

Reporting to the Store Management Team, you will assist in the efficient running of the store, ensuring high standards of customer service are maintained.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate all checkouts accurately, ensuring customer transactions are processed efficiently and in a timely manner.
  • Replenish stock daily while complying with the company stock rotation process.
  • Ensure stock is effectively merchandised to enhance sales.
  • Display all stock at the correct price using the corresponding Shelf Edge Label.
  • Actively ensure a high level of customer service is achieved and maintained within the store.
  • Cover the Post Office when required as part of this role.
  • Perform any other duties as required for the role.
