Claims Customer Advisor
Location: Leeds
Working Arrangement: Hybrid

Overview
Our client, an insurer, is seeking a Claims Customer Advisor to support customers through the motor claims process. You will be the first point of contact for customers reporting incidents, accurately recording claim details and providing clear, timely and empathetic support.
Previous claims experience is not required, as comprehensive training will be provided. This role is well suited to someone with strong customer service skills, attention to detail and the ability to stay organised in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for customers reporting motor incidents.
- Accurately record incident and claim information in internal systems.
- Guide customers through the claims and incident process clearly and professionally.
- Provide timely updates throughout the claims journey.
- Build effective working relationships with colleagues and external partners.
- Maintain high standards of customer service, professionalism and accuracy.
- Follow relevant policies and procedures to support an efficient customer experience.

Requirements
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritise workload effectively with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Right to work in the UK. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
