Customer Analytics Analyst
Southampton (1 day a week) | £50,000 + Bonus
This is an opportunity to join a well-established, data-driven business where you'll help shape customer, CRM and retail media strategy through analytics. Working across campaign measurement, audience analytics and customer behaviour, you'll deliver insights that directly influence commercial decisions.

The Role
- Analyse customer, CRM, loyalty and retail media data to uncover actionable insights.
- Measure campaign performance using uplift analysis, incrementality testing and ROI evaluation.
- Build and assess customer audiences and segments for marketing activation.
- Apply statistical techniques to support recommendations and business decisions.
- Present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Support the development of customer health and engagement metrics.
Your Skills & Experience
- Strong SQL and data visualisation experience.
- Experience working with customer and CRM data at scale.
- Commercial experience in marketing campaign measurement and analytics.
- Understanding of statistical testing, confidence intervals and significance measures.
- Exposure to cloud-based data environments such as Databricks.
- Ability to communicate insights to a range of stakeholders.
