Customer Analyst

London (Hybrid, 3 days per week in office) | £50,000 | 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract

This is an excellent opportunity for a Customer Analyst to join a growing organisation and play a key role in shaping customer and commercial decision-making. You'll work across customer, retail, and financial data, delivering insights that directly influence strategy, performance, and customer experience.

  • Producing analysis and recommendations to support key commercial and customer-focused decisions.
  • Building and maintaining KPI dashboards and reporting using data visualisation tools.
  • Analysing customer behaviour, purchasing trends, retention metrics, and customer satisfaction.
  • Delivering regular customer insight reporting on product performance, purchasing patterns, and seasonal trends.
  • Supporting store and channel performance analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Defining customer segments and measuring the effectiveness of customer engagement campaigns.
  • Conducting A/B test analysis and campaign performance reporting.
  • Partnering with stakeholders across Customer Experience, Retail, Finance, and Analytics teams to drive data-led decision making.
  • Supporting forecasting, performance measurement, and commercial modelling initiatives.

Your Skills & Experience

  • Strong commercial experience in a Customer Analyst, Customer Insights Analyst, CRM Analyst, or similar analytics role.
  • Experience working with large customer, retail, e-commerce, or transactional datasets.
  • Strong SQL capability.
  • Experience using data visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
  • Ability to communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with customer segmentation, customer lifecycle analysis, campaign measurement, and reporting.
  • Exposure to Snowflake or similar cloud-based data platforms is beneficial.
  • A curious and proactive approach to problem-solving.
