Customer Analytics Manager 12 Month FTC

London (Hybrid) | Up to £70,000

Looking for a role where you can shape customer strategy and influence senior decision-making? This Customer Analytics Manager position offers the opportunity to own the customer analytics agenda for a well-established retail business, delivering insight that drives customer growth, retention and commercial performance.

The Company

This organisation is a leading consumer business with a large and highly engaged customer base across both digital and physical channels. Data and analytics sit at the heart of business decision-making, with established teams covering customer analytics, data science, AI and marketing analytics. They are now looking for a Customer Analytics Manager to join on a 12-month fixed-term contract and lead key customer insight initiatives.

The Role

You will be responsible for delivering strategic customer analytics and helping stakeholders make more informed customer-focused decisions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Owning customer analytics across retention, loyalty, profitability and customer lifetime value
  • Delivering customer reporting, insight and deep-dive analysis to identify opportunities and risks
  • Leading customer segmentation and profiling projects to better understand customer behaviour
  • Applying advanced analytical techniques including clustering, predictive modelling, regression analysis and campaign measurement
  • Translating complex analysis into clear, actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders
  • Building strong relationships across the business and acting as a trusted analytics partner
  • Developing compelling insight-led narratives that support commercial and customer objectives

Your Skills & Experience

  • Strong commercial experience in customer analytics, customer insight or CRM analytics
  • Advanced SQL skills
  • Strong data visualisation experience
  • Experience delivering segmentation, clustering, predictive modelling and campaign measurement
  • Understanding of techniques such as k-means clustering, random forest and regression analysis
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Ability to translate analytical findings into business recommendations
  • Previous people management or mentoring experience would be beneficial
