Customer Analytics Manager
£60,000-£70,000
London (Hybrid – 3x Days a Week in Office)
12-Month FTC
The Company
A leading British fashion retailer with a strong high-street and online presence, serving millions of customers across the UK is seeking a Customer Analytics Manager to join on an initial 12-month contract! The business has made significant progress in how it uses customer data, moving towards a much more customer-led approach to decision-making across the organisation. This is an opportunity to join a growing analytics function at an exciting point in its development, helping the wider business better understand its customers and use data to drive commercial decisions.
The Role
As the Customer Analytics Manager, you will sit within the wider Customer Analytics function, working across customer behaviour, lifecycle, segmentation, retention, loyalty and profitability. This is a hands-on analytical role where you'll own the customer analytics agenda, delivering insight that helps the business understand what its customers are doing, why they're doing it and what this means commercially. You'll lead customer reporting and deep-dive analysis, turning complex datasets into clear stories and actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
