Marketing Analytics Manager

London | Up to £70,000 + Benefits | 12 Month Fixed-Term Contract (Maternity Cover)

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Marketing Analytics Manager to join a well-established consumer-focused business during a pivotal period. The Role

As Marketing Analytics Manager, you will lead a small analytics team while delivering actionable insights that support marketing, customer, and commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of analytics professionals
  • Translating complex analysis into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders
  • Partnering with marketing and wider business functions to drive performance against strategic targets
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance existing datasets and improve data quality
  • Delivering advanced analytical projects using statistical modelling techniques
  • Supporting process optimisation through data-led decision making
  • Defining and delivering analytics strategy within your area of expertise
  • Promoting best practices and continuous improvement across analytics initiatives

Your Skills & Experience

  • Strong commercial experience within marketing or customer analytics
  • Advanced SQL skills and experience with Python or R
  • Expertise in statistical modelling techniques such as regression analysis, clustering, and predictive modelling
  • Experience leading analytical projects from concept through to implementation
  • Ability to communicate complex findings to non-technical audiences
  • Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
  • Experience managing or mentoring analysts within a team environment
