Customer Analytics Manager - 12-Month FTC

London (Hybrid, 2 days per week) | Up to £70,000 + Benefits

A fantastic opportunity for a Customer Analytics Manager to join a well-known retail business with a large customer base and a strong data-driven culture. You'll take ownership of customer insight projects, influence commercial decision-making, and help shape strategy across retention, loyalty, customer value, and customer behaviour.

The Company

They are a leading retail organisation with a strong presence across both stores and digital channels. Data is central to how they understand their customers and drive business performance, with analytics playing a key role across commercial, marketing, product, and customer functions. Their established analytics team includes specialists across customer analytics, data science, AI, and marketing analytics.

The Role

  • Lead the customer analytics agenda across customer behaviour, retention, loyalty, profitability, and lifetime value.
  • Deliver customer reporting, insight generation, and deep-dive analysis for senior stakeholders.
  • Apply advanced analytical techniques including segmentation, clustering, predictive modelling, and campaign measurement.
  • Develop customer profiles and identify behavioural trends, opportunities, and risks.
  • Translate complex analysis into clear, commercially relevant recommendations.
  • Partner with stakeholders across the business to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Support and manage analysts within the team.

Your Skills & Experience

  • Strong commercial experience in customer analytics or customer insight within a retail or consumer-focused environment.
  • Advanced SQL and data visualisation skills.
  • Experience with customer segmentation, regression analysis, clustering, predictive modelling, and campaign measurement.
  • Previous people management is required.
