SALT is supporting a leading finance organisation on a Customer Journey Analytics and Experience Measurement contract focused on improving digital customer insights, measurement capability, and performance reporting.
This role will lead the development of Customer Journey Analytics reporting and experience measurement frameworks across digital channels. The successful candidate will identify data gaps, define customer experience KPIs, improve measurement quality, and build actionable dashboards to support decision-making.
Working closely with Experience Managers, Product Owners, Digital teams, and Data & Analytics stakeholders, you'll help create a more robust and measurable customer experience function.

KEY CONTRACT DETAILS
- Quick start, contract until the end of the year (for now!)
- Hybrid working in London (2 days per week in office)
- £400 per day, inside IR35
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Build and enhance Customer Journey Analytics dashboards and reporting solutions.
- Define customer experience KPIs, success metrics, and measurement frameworks.
- Identify data quality, tagging, classification, and reporting gaps across digital journeys.
- Partner with Data & Analytics teams to improve data accuracy and measurement capabilities.
- Gather requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into actionable analytics deliverables.
- Create prioritised backlogs and improvement roadmaps to drive ongoing optimisation.

ABOUT YOU
- Experience working in Customer Journey Analytics, digital analytics, product analytics, or experience measurement roles.
- Strong dashboard development and reporting experience.
- Proven experience defining customer experience metrics and performance frameworks.
- Experience analysing data quality, tagging, and digital measurement gaps.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with Product, Experience, and Analytics teams.
- Experience creating roadmaps, backlogs, and prioritisation frameworks.
- Adobe Analytics ecosystem experience is beneficial.
- Knowledge of experimentation, optimisation, journey mapping, or customer insight programmes is advantageous.
